Marine Modelers Club of New England RC Model Boat Club presents: Annual Scale Model Boat Regatta Choate Pond, Medway, MA Saturday, August 21, 2010 Open to the public- no charge for spectators. Regatta features a Navigation Course and Scale Judging for a variety of classes—see the reverse for details. Choate Park is off Main Street (Route 109) in Medway, MA. Entrance to the park is via Mechanic Street. Event is open to RC scale model boats – electric, steam, and sail. (Internal combustion boats are not allowed on the pond.) The Marine Modelers Club of New England is celebrating our 20th year of Radio Control Scale Model Boating in the greater Boston area. Come help us make this our best Regatta yet! Come Try RC Scale Model Boating! Don’t have a scale RC boat model? No problem! The “Visiting Skippers” class is just for you. You can use our loaner boat to enter a special class and run the navigation course. Newcomers and spectators are welcome and encouraged to enter as well.
